You will work closely with the Finance Officers and Office Managers to ensure correct processes and procedures are followed. This is an excellent opportunity to gain valuable experience and skills in finance while working towards a Level 2 Accounts Assistant qualification.

About the Role

This is a 17-month apprenticeship program where you will work towards your Level 2 Accounts Assistant qualification. You will be required to work term-time only plus two weeks school holiday working. Your duties will include:

  • Assisting with financial tasks such as processing invoices, income, and expenses
  • Maintaining a robust filing system
  • Working closely with the Finance Officers and Office Managers

To be eligible for this position, you will need to have strong communication skills, both written and verbal, and good IT skills including the ability to use Microsoft packages. Additionally, please note that upon a successful offer of employment, DBS checks and references will be obtained as part of your enrolment.
