Commercial Administrator Role

The Resolute Group is seeking a skilled Commercial Administrator to support the Commercial team in their Midlands division. As a key member of the team, you will work closely with the Quantity Surveyors and Commercial Manager to ensure the smooth operation of day-to-day projects.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Process allocated records payable in a timely and efficient manner
  • Verify that all records have the correct authorizations and relevant purchase orders
  • Amend records as necessary to ensure compliance with the payment process
  • Ensure all records are properly identified, indexed, filed, and retained in accordance with the relevant filing system and statutory requirements
  • Support the Commercial Manager in creating reports and financial data
  • Complete filing requirements on a weekly basis

Requirements:

This role requires a strong administrative background, excellent organizational skills, and the ability to work effectively in a team environment. The successful candidate will have a keen eye for detail and be able to maintain confidentiality when handling sensitive information.

Working Arrangements:

This is an office-based role, requiring a minimum of 4 days per week. The successful candidate will be based in Wellingborough, Northamptonshire, and will be required to work closely with the Commercial team to achieve the company's goals.

Salary:

The salary for this role is £32,000 - £35,000 basic, depending on experience.
