Job Description

Role Overview

VIPU Ltd is seeking a highly skilled CMS Content Specialist to join our team on a 6-month contract. As a CMS Content Specialist, you will be responsible for managing and updating content on our client's website, ensuring a seamless user experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Content Management: Add new products to the website, update existing product listings, and manage promotional offers and banners within the CMS.
  • Quality Assurance: Provide QA support following guidelines set by the QA team, ensuring high-quality content is published.
  • Collaboration: Work closely with cross-functional teams, including technical and design teams, to ensure effective communication and stakeholder management.
  • Content Creation: Create and manage promotional offers, understanding pricing strategies and discount structures.
  • Brand Management: Be responsible for CMS for your allocated brand team, ensuring consistency and accuracy.
  • Stakeholder Management: Support the presentation of work to key stakeholders, ensuring effective communication and project delivery.

Requirements

  • Experience: Strong background working on CMS projects within E-commerce organisations, ideally with Drupal or.Net experience.
  • Skills: Good experience working with HTML, CSS, Search Engine Optimisation (SEO), and experience using Jira and Confluence.
  • Personal Qualities: Dynamic individual who can perform under pressure, adapt to a fast-changing environment, and possess excellent communication skills.

  • Duration: 6 months initial with a view to extend
  • IR35: Inside IR35 - (Off-payroll regulations apply)
  • Rate: £300 - £330 per day
  • Location: Hybrid - London
