Yard Operative with Counterbalance Experience

We are seeking a proactive and independent Yard Operative with counterbalance experience to join our team at SolviT Recruitment LTD.

This is an all-weather role that requires flexibility and a willingness to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Moving pallets using FLT
  • Pallet repairs
  • Dealing with the site's waste, disposing, and recycling of materials
  • General yard hygiene duties, such as sweeping, sorting, and organizing

Requirements:

  • Previous FLT Counterbalance experience and proof of training
  • Any yard, recycling, or waste experience is beneficial
  • Someone who is independent and able to work in a stand-alone role
  • Happy to work in an all-weather role

What We Offer:

  • A competitive hourly rate of £12.00
  • Enhanced OT rate of x1.5 after 37.5 hours worked
