As the Operations Director, you will play a crucial role in the success of our company by overseeing all aspects of daily operations. Your main responsibility will be to ensure that our cleaning services are delivered with the highest level of quality and efficiency. You will work closely with our cleaning staff, clients, and management team to maintain our company's standards and uphold our reputation as a top-rated cleaning service provider in Northamptonshire and surrounding areas.

Key Responsibilities:


• Develop and implement operational policies and procedures to improve overall efficiency and productivity


• Oversee and manage operation support managers, including scheduling, training, and performance evaluations


• Monitor and analyse operational expenses to ensure profitability


• Conduct regular site visits to ensure high-quality service and customer satisfaction


• Collaborate with clients to discuss and resolve any concerns or issues swiftly


• Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and vendors


• Stay up-to-date with industry trends and technologies to identify areas for improvement


• Work closely with management to develop and implement strategies for business growth

Qualifications:


• Minimum of 3 years of experience in operations management


• Strong leadership skills and proven experience in managing teams


• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills


• Ability to prioritise and manage multiple tasks efficiently


• Knowledge of industry best practices and trends


• Experience in budgeting and financial management


• Proficient in Microsoft Office and other relevant software
