We are seeking an experienced Advocacy Manager to join our team temporarily. As a leading player in the beauty industry, our client is looking for a dynamic individual to manage the entire marketing team and develop brand and product social and communications strategies.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Manage the marketing team to develop brand and product social and communications strategies.
  • Recruit and manage influencer talent, building relationships with agents and activating paid partnerships.
  • Identify new rising talents and most brand-relevant creators, analyse their KPIs and advise on high-impact partnerships.
  • Secure coverage against KPIs across social and press platforms, ensuring a substantial year-on-year increase to drive brand awareness and advocacy/engagement.
  • Manage the monthly brand and product stories to brief influencer talent for content creation and pitch editorial features.
  • Cultivate and strengthen relationships with print & digital media and creators within the UK, building towards editor relationships.

This is a hybrid role that requires strong interpersonal and organisational skills to drive brand awareness and engagement. If you have experience in managing marketing teams and developing social and communications strategies, we would like to hear from you.
