About the Role

We are seeking a skilled and enthusiastic Catering Assistant to join our team at University Hospitals Bristol and Weston NHS Foundation Trust (UHBW). As a Catering Assistant, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality food and beverage services to our patients, staff, and visitors.

Key Responsibilities

  • Assist in the preparation and delivery of food and beverages in the hospital kitchens.
  • Maintain high standards of cleanliness and hygiene in the kitchen and dining areas.
  • Support the catering team in the delivery of food and beverage services across the hospital site.
  • Work collaboratively with colleagues to ensure the smooth operation of the catering service.

Requirements

  • Previous experience in a catering or food service environment.
  • Basic education and numeric skills.
  • Ability to use cleaning equipment and follow verbal and written instructions.
