Job Title: Social Work Manager
Location: Oldham

**Salary:** £45,000 - £55,000 per annum (dependent on experience)

The ideal candidate will possess excellent leadership skills, with a strong understanding of child protection policies and procedures. You will be responsible for managing a team of social workers, providing guidance and support to ensure that cases are handled effectively and efficiently. Your expertise will also be sought after to contribute to the development of new initiatives and projects within the organisation.

**Required Skills and Qualifications:**
