Job Summary:

Better Placed Limited is seeking a highly skilled CRM Executive to join our team. As a key member of our organization, you will be responsible for assisting with the development of our CRM platform, including implementing the CRM roadmap to support commercial activity.

About the Role:

This is a pivotal role that will not only improve our current CRM HubSpot platform but also play a part in onboarding and configuring a replacement Dynamics 365 CRM. You will work closely with stakeholders to understand their member engagement processes and transition them to the CRM system.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with the CRM Operations Manager to enhance the current CRM platform and support plans for its replacement.
  • Work closely with stakeholders to understand their business processes and transition them to the CRM system.
  • Analyzing CRM data to provide actionable insights to commercial departments.
  • Improving lead generation and data capture processes to feed into the CRM.

Requirements:

  • 2-3 years+ CRM development experience, demonstrating an understanding of campaign creation and automation using CRM technology platforms.
  • Experience of one of the major CRM providers such as MS Dynamics / Salesforce / HubSpot.
  • Experience in insight, someone good with data would be highly advantageous.
  • Experience of supporting business development teams to deliver their sales strategy.
