Job Opportunity for a Dedicated RMN or RNLD Nurse

We are seeking a highly skilled and compassionate RMN or RNLD Nurse to join our team at Jupiter Recruitment. As a key member of our healthcare team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional care to patients with mental illness and learning disabilities.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assess and monitor the needs of patients, developing personalized care plans to ensure their well-being and safety.
  • Collaborate with the multidisciplinary team to deliver high-quality care, including administering medications and developing positive behavioral support plans.
  • Provide emotional support and guidance to patients, promoting their independence and autonomy.
  • Participate in regular team meetings and contribute to the development of care policies and procedures.

Requirements:

  • Qualified RMN or RNLD Nurse with a current active NMC Pin.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with patients, families, and colleagues.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment, prioritizing tasks and managing time efficiently.
  • Strong problem-solving skills, with the ability to think critically and make sound judgments.
