Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement an effective recruitment strategy to identify and recommend players across all age groups.
  • Recruit players aligned with the academy and club pathway, utilizing strong relationships with other clubs to expand the recruitment network.
  • Manage the Academy Recruitment Database, monitoring and updating it continuously to ensure accuracy and effectiveness.
  • Supervise recruiters within the department, providing guidance and support as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, including safeguarding and equity and diversity issues.
Requirements:
  • Hold or be working towards The FA Advanced Principles of Talent Identification & Development in Football qualification.
  • Possess an Enhanced DBS and FA Safeguarding Qualification.
Person Specification:
  • Proven track record of successful recruitment and talent identification.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build relationships with colleagues, players, and other stakeholders.
  • A clean driving license and willingness to travel as required.
Salary and Benefits:

We offer a competitive salary of £28,000 - £32,000 per annum, plus benefits that include a supportive work environment and opportunities for professional development.
