About The Role

We are seeking an experienced Bar Manager to join our team at The Cavalry Global's high-end restaurant in Central London. As Bar Manager, you will be responsible for leading a team of bartenders and servers, developing a unique drinks menu, and driving sales and revenue growth.

Main Accountabilities:

  • Team Performance: Lead a team of bartenders and servers to deliver exceptional customer service and guest experiences.
  • Menu Innovation: Develop a unique drinks menu that complements our live fire cooking and appeals to a sophisticated clientele.
  • Business Growth: Drive sales and revenue growth through effective marketing and promotional strategies.
  • Staff Development: Train and develop staff to enhance their skills and knowledge.

Requirements:

  • Experience: Proven track record in luxury hospitality, preferably in high-end bars or restaurants in London.
  • Qualifications: Relevant qualifications in hospitality or a related field.
  • Skills: Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.

Compensation:

  • Salary: Competitive salary of £60,000 - £80,000 per annum, depending on experience.
