SEN Class Leader

We are seeking a highly experienced Lead SEN Class Teacher to join our team in Sutton, London, working with students who require specialist support.
The successful candidate will have QTS, QTLS, or PGCE qualification and a strong understanding of special educational needs strategies.
About the Role- Teach a small class of students with high special and complex needs.
- Collaborate with support staff, parents, and external professionals to ensure every child reaches their full potential.
- Develop and implement individualized education plans to cater to each student's unique requirements.
- QTS, QTLS, or PGCE qualification.
- A deep understanding of special educational needs and effective support strategies.
- A commitment to providing a positive and inclusive learning environment.
- A competitive salary of £24,000 - £40,000 per year based on current pay scales.
- A manageable class size allowing for focused and impactful teaching.
