Fitness and PT Manager Role

We are seeking a highly skilled Fitness and PT Manager to join our team at The Gym Group in Norwich Hall Road. This is an exciting opportunity for someone who is passionate about health, fitness, and well-being to take on a leadership role and drive the commercial performance of the gym.

About the Role:

  • Lead member engagement by delivering an exceptional in-gym service offering that drives satisfaction scores forward.
  • Line manage and develop a team of fitness trainers, embodying our company values and promoting a positive work environment.
  • Drive commercial growth through effective management of operations, ensuring high standards are maintained and compliance with Health & Safety policies is upheld.
  • Support the General Manager with onsite administration tasks, including rota management, time tracking, and security checks.
  • Act as a keyholder for the gym, providing emergency support and coverage when needed.

Requirements:

  • A proven track record of success in a similar role, with a passion for health, fitness, and well-being.
  • Level 2 qualified Fitness Instructor or currently studying for the qualification.
  • Strong leadership and communication skills, with the ability to motivate and inspire a team.
  • Results-driven mindset, with a keen interest in driving commercial growth and improving operational efficiency.
