Job Title: Support Worker for Students with Autism Spectrum Disorder

Job Summary: We are seeking a dedicated Support Worker to join our team at a SEN school in North West London. The successful candidate will provide personalized support to students with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD) at Key Stage 3, fostering a safe and inclusive learning environment.

Responsibilities:

* Provide one-on-one support to students with ASD, implementing individualized education plans (IEPs) and utilizing effective behavior management strategies.
* Assist students with daily routines and personal care needs, ensuring their well-being and dignity are respected.
* Encourage independence and facilitate social interactions among students, fostering positive relationships and communication skills.
* Regularly monitor and document student progress, providing constructive feedback to the educational team and parents/guardians.
