We are currently recruiting for a Food Service Assistant to join our team at Brighton Met East. As a key member of our team, you will be responsible for serving a range of food and beverages to students, maintaining a clean and safe environment, and providing excellent customer service.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Serving food and beverages to students
  • General cleaning of the kitchen and food prep areas
  • Food preparation, including making sandwiches and deli foods
  • Working as part of a team to ensure the smooth operation of the outlet
  • Ensuring front and back of house are kept clean and tidy
  • Washing up duties
  • Assisting with deliveries
  • Stocking up counters and ensuring serveries are clean and presentable at all times
