Dental Office Coordinator

We are seeking a highly organized and customer-focused Dental Receptionist to join our team at Bupa Dental Care Milnsbridge. As a key member of our front desk team, you will be responsible for providing exceptional patient care and administrative support to our dental practice.
Key Responsibilities- Meet and greet patients, providing a warm and welcoming first impression
- Manage patient appointments, bookings, and records with accuracy and efficiency
- Coordinate care packages and communicate with patients and clinicians as needed
- Upsell Bupa Dental Care products and services, promoting our range of plans and services
- Provide excellent customer service via phone, email, and face-to-face interactions
- Support the Practice Manager and clinical team with administrative tasks and practice operations
- Handle patient payments and maintain confidentiality
- Previous administration or receptionist experience, preferably in a healthcare setting
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment
- Proficient in Microsoft Word and Outlook, with excellent organizational skills
- Ability to promote company products and services, with a positive and professional attitude
