We are seeking a skilled and compassionate Healthcare Administrator to join our team at HMP Hollesley Bay, a category D Prison located in Hollesley.

About the Role

This is a full-time position, offering an annual salary up to £26,145 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities

  • Provide high-quality administrative support to the healthcare team, working within a busy environment.
  • Deliver administrative support to multidisciplinary meetings, ensuring patient confidentiality and multi-agency working.
  • Use IT systems, clinical templates, and data to ensure accurate reporting.
  • Escort visitors and contractors around the prison as required, while maintaining a professional and courteous demeanor.

Requirements

  • English and Maths at GCSE or equivalent.
  • Ability to prioritise workload.
