About the Role

Morgan Sindall Infrastructure is seeking a highly skilled and experienced professional to join our team as an Emerging Talent Manager. This is an exciting opportunity to develop and deliver a strategy to support our long-term capability requirements, focusing on the attraction and recruitment of early careers talent.

Key Responsibilities
  • Develop and lead on the strategy for the attraction, recruitment, and onboarding of emerging talent across the entire pipeline for Morgan Sindall Infrastructure.
  • Build strong relationships with preferred learning providers to make us an Employer of Choice.
  • Develop and manage our strategy for undergraduates, including placements and financial sponsorship arrangements.
  • Engage with key stakeholders internally and externally to promote apprenticeship activity and increase awareness of its benefits.
  • Effectively review and manage the apprenticeship levy.
  • Understand and implement social learning platforms and blended learning solutions.
  • Successfully onboard and induct early careers talent into their programs.
  • Compile and produce regular progress reports and key metrics and data.
  • Develop and manage apprentice and graduate programs in line with business and professional body needs.
  • Develop and manage pastoral care requirements for all early entrant delegates.
  • Collaborate with Skills Builder to acquire the Gold Mark of Excellence to support our inclusion and responsible business strategy.
  • Establish a network of good providers and standards to support business needs and create sustainable relationships with third-party providers and partners.
  • Support and coach learners to successfully complete their End-Point Assessment.
  • Develop strategies and interventions in line with stakeholder needs, strategic workforce plans, and building skills for the future.
