About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and experienced Solar PV Installation Manager to join our team at Valoris Group. As a key member of our operations team, you will be responsible for leading the installation and management of solar PV systems across various sites, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.

Key Responsibilities
  • Lead the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar PV systems, ensuring compliance with industry standards and regulations.
  • Oversee project timelines, budget, and resources, coordinating effectively with clients and stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Mentor and manage a team of solar professionals, fostering skill development and ensuring team cohesion and productivity.
  • Collaborate with the management team on strategic initiatives, contributing to business growth and operational excellence.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and regulations, implementing best practices in all projects.
Requirements
  • Proven experience as a Solar PV Installation Manager, with a solid understanding of electrical systems and solar technology.
  • Relevant qualifications in electrical engineering or a related field, with an Unvented Ticket highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a focus on quality and safety in all projects.
  • A passion for renewable energy and a commitment to promoting sustainable practices.
