The Role: As a Solar PV Installation Manager, you will play a critical role in our team, leading the installation and management of solar PV systems. This position offers the unique opportunity to apply your technical skills on the ground and shape the future of our installations and team development.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead the installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting of solar PV systems across various sites, ensuring the highest standards of quality and safety.
  • Oversee project timelines, budget, and resources, coordinating effectively with clients and stakeholders to ensure project success.
  • Mentor and manage a team of solar professionals, fostering skill development and ensuring team cohesion and productivity.
  • Collaborate with the management team on strategic initiatives, contributing to business growth and operational excellence.
  • Stay abreast of industry trends, technologies, and regulations, implementing best practices in all projects.

About You:

  • Proven experience as a Solar PV Electrician, with a solid understanding of electrical systems and solar technology.
  • Relevant qualifications in electrical engineering or a related field, with an Unvented Ticket highly desirable.
  • Strong leadership and management skills, with the ability to inspire and lead a team.
  • Excellent problem-solving abilities, with a focus on quality and safety in all projects.
