Key Responsibilities- Analyze clients' Partner marketing environments and campaign performance across all Partners to assess their effectiveness and ROI according to a schedule
- Develop and optimize data storage, access, and retrieval
- Use analytical methods, including machine learning, Python, or R, for data analysis, exploration, and to build predictive models
- Create and maintain dashboards to visualize key Partner marketing metrics and performance indicators
- Identify trends and insights from data to recommend and implement improvements in marketing strategies
- Utilize your strong background in maths and statistics to conduct rigorous data analysis and ensure the accuracy of insights and recommendations
- Adapt to new technologies and tools to improve data collection, analysis, and reporting processes
- Maintain our client instances of our Partner CRM for data accuracy and reporting
- Demonstrated skill in data analytics and managing large datasets
- Strong communication skills at all levels of internal and external stakeholders, comfortable and confident with complex data topics as well as marketing topics
- Practical experience with API integrations and connecting systems, proficiency in Python for script writing, task automation, and improving integration processes
- Bachelor's degree in Mathematics, Statistics, Data Science, or a related field
- Proven experience as a Marketing Analyst or similar role
- Proficient in SQL, Python/R, and data visualization tools
- Experience with marketing channels and CRM tools
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present complex data insights in a clear and actionable manner
