We're seeking a highly skilled and motivated General Manager to lead our team at the Woodlark in Bordon, Hampshire. As a key member of our management team, you'll be responsible for driving sales growth, improving customer satisfaction, and developing your team to achieve exceptional results.
Key Responsibilities- Develop and implement business strategies to drive sales growth and improve customer satisfaction
- Lead and motivate a high-performing team to achieve exceptional results
- Manage all aspects of the pub, including financial performance, customer service, and staff development
- Collaborate with the area manager to achieve business objectives and implement company initiatives
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, and maintain a safe and healthy working environment
