About the Role

We are seeking a highly skilled and organized Area Valet Manager to oversee the maintenance of high standards across our valet bays in Scotland. The ideal candidate will have excellent valeting skills, flexibility to work away from home when required, and exceptional communication abilities.

Key Responsibilities
  • Monitoring and managing valet performance across various branches
  • Liaising with general managers and valet supervisors to address any issues and implement solutions
  • Reviewing employee and site productivity levels
  • Preparing reports and completing paperwork accurately
  • Training and mentoring valet staff
  • Maintaining activities in line with company health and safety policy
Essential Skills and Qualifications
  • Excellent communication and influencing skills
  • Good awareness of health and safety procedures
  • Ability to write accurate reports and complete paperwork
  • High standards of cleanliness and presentation
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Full, clean driving license held for at least one year
