Job Description
Holtec International, a leading company in the nuclear power industry, is looking for a highly skilled Senior Engineering Specialist in Nuclear Licensing. The ideal candidate will assist in designing and licensing dry fuel storage and transportation systems, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements, and supporting design and manufacturing projects.

Key Responsibilities
1. Assist in the successful design and licensing of new dry fuel storage and transportation designs
2. Coordinate with design personnel to ensure compliance with US and international regulatory requirements
3. Prepare, review, and maintain accurate documentation for engineering design modifications and on-site manufacturing
4. Interface with technical discipline teams at Holtec and review technical material prepared by others
5. Assist with safety analysis report revisions and preparation
6. Prepare or review 72.48 evaluations

Requirements
The selected candidate must have:
1. A bachelor's degree in engineering from an accredited institution
2. Excellent communication and problem-solving skills
3. Strong understanding of nuclear regulations and industry practices
4. Ability to work independently and manage deadlines
5. Proficiency in MS Office Suite and Adobe Professional
6. 3-10+ years of relevant experience in dry cask storage design, nuclear licensing, or manufacturing support
