Senior Sales Negotiator Opportunity

This is a fantastic career opportunity for an experienced Sales Negotiator to join a leading independent estate agency in the City. Our client has a network of five offices providing an exceptional service to their clients and customers.

Established nearly 30 years ago, our client is a niche, private company who have built a significant portfolio of residential development sales, landlords and private clients.

They offer clients and customers a market leading property service because of the experience and professionalism of their staff. The company looks to employ property professionals with central London experience - personality, experience and honesty are essential.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Registering new applicants on their CRM and dealing with customer enquiries
  • Booking and conducting accompanied tours and viewings
  • Following up on enquiries and building relationships with applicants
  • Maintaining and updating their database, keeping records on applicants and ensuring feedback is recorded on the CRM
  • Achieving sales agreed/exchanges targets
  • Negotiating offers between vendors and applicants
  • Negotiating sales offers under the direction of the Sales Director
  • Ensuring Proof of Identity and Address is obtained from buyers as part of the company's AML procedures
