About the Role

We are seeking a dedicated and compassionate Care Worker to join our team at Scott Care Ltd in the Swale area, including Sittingbourne and the Isle of Sheppey. As a Care Worker, you will play a vital role in providing high-quality care and support to adults and elderly individuals in their own homes.

Key Responsibilities
  • Conduct assessments in service users' homes to understand their needs and preferences.
  • Support individuals with social and physical activities, promoting their independence and well-being.
  • Accompany service users to appointments and provide transportation as needed.
  • Assist with personal care, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Support individuals with eating and drinking, ensuring their nutritional needs are met.
Requirements
  • A caring attitude and ability to work independently.
  • Good listening and communication skills to build strong relationships with service users.
  • The ability to understand and follow policies and procedures.
  • Good writing skills to complete documentation accurately.
  • A smart mobile phone to download work apps.
