Job SummaryWe're seeking a Hospitality Trainer to join our team, working with a caseload of apprentices undertaking hospitality level 2 & 3 apprenticeship qualifications. The ideal candidate will have a senior background in the hospitality industry, with front-of-house experience essential and back-of-house exposure beneficial.
Responsibilities- To develop and implement training plans that meet learner needs and programme requirements.
- To assess learner progress and provide constructive feedback.
- To maintain accurate records of assessment, feedback, progress and reviews.
The successful candidate will have:
- A senior background in the hospitality industry, with front-of-house experience essential and back-of-house exposure beneficial.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- An ability to work effectively in a team environment.
A salary of £27,660 rising to £28,217 upon completion of a 6-month probation period is offered, plus all mileage covered at 45ppm and extensive benefits.
