Job Description:
We're seeking a skilled sales representative leader to join our team. As a Regional Account Manager, you will be responsible for developing and strengthening client relationships, identifying new business opportunities, and delivering outstanding service.

Main Responsibilities:
* Cultivate and maintain existing client relationships through exceptional communication and service
* Identify and capitalise on upselling and cross-selling opportunities to drive revenue and exceed targets
* Prioritise client needs, address concerns promptly, and deliver outstanding service
* Oversee the entire client journey from onboarding to renewal ensuring a seamless experience
* Partner with internal teams to deliver exceptional client outcomes
* Analyse client performance metrics to identify improvement areas and refine strategies

Requirements:
* Proven track record in sales leadership or a similar role
* Exceptional communication and interpersonal skills
* Strong organisational and time management abilities

Estimated Salary: £48,750 per annum (based on location and industry standards)

Location: On the Road (must be able to travel to Worthing Head Office)

Contract: Full Time, Permanent
