Job Summary

We are seeking a Care Professional - Elderly Support Specialist to join our team at Israel Sieff Court in Crumpsall, Manchester. This role involves providing dignified personal care and support to residents with varying needs, as well as assisting during mealtimes and engaging in activities that promote their physical and emotional well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Providing high-quality care and support to residents, ensuring their dignity and independence are maintained.
  • Assisting residents with daily tasks, such as bathing, dressing, and grooming.
  • Preparing and serving meals, snacks, and beverages according to individual preferences and dietary needs.
  • Participating in recreational activities, outings, and events designed to promote social interaction and mental stimulation.
  • Collaborating with the care team to develop and implement personalized care plans that meet each resident's unique needs and goals.
Requirements:
  • A minimum of 12 hours availability per week.
  • Previous experience working in a care setting or related field.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment.
  • Degree in Social Care or equivalent qualification preferred.

Salary:

An estimated salary of £19,400 - £21,600 per annum, depending on experience.
