What's the Role:

You will be responsible for leading a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care services to our service users. This will involve developing and implementing individualized care plans, coordinating with other teams, and ensuring that all care activities are aligned with our organization's vision and values.

To succeed in this role, you will need to possess excellent communication and interpersonal skills, as well as the ability to work effectively in a fast-paced environment. You should also have experience working with individuals with complex needs and a strong understanding of the principles of person-centered care.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Lead a team of care professionals to deliver high-quality care services
  • Develop and implement individualized care plans
  • Coordinate with other teams to ensure seamless delivery of care services
  • Maintain accurate records and reports

We offer a competitive salary range of £23,950 - £27,154 per annum, depending on qualifications and experience. You will also receive comprehensive training and ongoing support to help you excel in your role.
