At Darktrace, we're on a mission to protect our customers from the ever-evolving threat of cyber disruption. As a Strategic Customer Success Manager, you'll play a critical role in driving adoption and outcomes for our global customer base.

Key Responsibilities
  • Manage key strategic accounts across our global customer base, driving adoption and outcomes leading to renewals, expansion, and advocacy.
  • Identify and drive upsells and renewals, based on a quarterly quota, to increase Net Revenue Retention (NRR) within your portfolio.
  • Conduct business reviews to drive satisfaction and desired business outcomes, monitoring customer engagement levels to assess risk and execute action plans.
  • Build long-lasting relationships with a wide range of stakeholders, using your relationship management and communication skills to achieve goals.
Requirements
  • Experience in a customer-facing role, ideally at enterprise or strategic level, with a passion to learn about cyber security and AI.
  • Strong relationship management and communication skills, with a keen eye for detail and a drive to deliver exceptional customer service.
  • Ability to work in a hybrid environment, attending our London office a minimum of 2-3 days a week.
