About the Job

We are seeking a highly skilled Utilities Field Liaison to join our team. As a representative of our client, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers and resolving issues related to gas and electricity supply.

  1. Visiting customer premises to build relationships and resolve issues.
  2. Gathering additional customer data, including meter reads and vulnerabilities.
  3. Negotiating payment arrangements with customers.
  4. Executing documentation to secure payment to the client.
  5. Executing warrants to secure payment/access to deliver resolution.

Candidate Requirements

  1. Full clean UK Driving License.
  2. Working hours: 8 - 5:30pm Monday to Thursday, 8 - 5:00pm Friday.
  3. Previous experience in relationship building, conflict resolution, and debt negotiation is desirable; however, not essential.
  4. Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
  5. Excellent communication skills.
  6. Strong problem-solving skills.
