About the Job
We are seeking a highly skilled Utilities Field Liaison to join our team. As a representative of our client, you will be responsible for building relationships with customers and resolving issues related to gas and electricity supply.
- Visiting customer premises to build relationships and resolve issues.
- Gathering additional customer data, including meter reads and vulnerabilities.
- Negotiating payment arrangements with customers.
- Executing documentation to secure payment to the client.
- Executing warrants to secure payment/access to deliver resolution.

The Salary and Benefits Package
- £26,500 basic salary.

Candidate Requirements
- Full clean UK Driving License.
- Working hours: 8 - 5:30pm Monday to Thursday, 8 - 5:00pm Friday.
- Previous experience in relationship building, conflict resolution, and debt negotiation is desirable; however, not essential.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- Excellent communication skills.
- Strong problem-solving skills.
