Electronic Monitoring Installation Officer

Are you looking for a challenging role that involves working with electronic monitoring equipment? We have an exciting opportunity for an Electronic Monitoring Installation Officer to join our team in Aberdeen and the surrounding areas.

This role will involve the installation, investigation, and decommissioning of electronic monitoring equipment. You will be required to work a set shift pattern due to the nature of our business; As a result, the role is primarily backshift 17:00-00:30 hrs Tuesday to Saturday. We offer a competitive salary of £14.38 per hour or £26,243.57 based on a full-time 35 hours per week contract, as well as a company pension scheme, life assurance, 5.6 weeks' paid holiday, and staff discounts including Perks at Work.

The role is remotely based in Aberdeen and the surrounding areas. You will be provided with a pool car to be used during your shift time that will enable you to complete your assigned tasks for the evening. You will also be provided with a fuel card, mobile phone, and tablet. A full driving licence is essential for the role, and an ongoing programme of training and development will be provided. G4S Officers cover all areas of Scotland, and you may be asked to work anywhere in Scotland that you can travel to and from within your shift time. Training will be delivered in Bellshill.

Main Responsibilities:
  1. Responsible for the installation, investigation of alerts, and decommissioning of curfew orders within your designated area and in accordance with Company Procedures and terms of the contract.
  2. Escalate reportable incidents to the Monitoring Centre and as per agreed procedures.
  3. Maintain, uphold, and demonstrate values and protect the company brand.
  4. Flexible working style.
  5. Full UK driving licence.
