The logistics business is a true market leader, boasting an excellent working environment and culture. As the Management Accountant, you will report directly to the Group Finance Director.
Duties of the Management Accountant:
- Control cash flow on a daily/weekly and monthly basis, together with forecasts.
- Preparation of monthly management accounts and statutory accounts.
- Preparation of Management information reports.
- Business Partnering the wider business.
- Analysis of costs and nominal accounts.
- Fully document new and existing processes and reports to a high standard.
- Assist in preparation of the annual budget.
- Coordinate the annual external audit, annual/interim.
- Authorising credit notes & bank payments.
Salary Estimate: The estimated salary for this position is £55,000 - £65,000 per annum, depending on experience.
Experience & Skills:
- Experience of working in a Finance Team and providing business partnering support to the group.
- QBE/Part Qual or Qualified.
- Experience of producing monthly management accounts.
- Previous experience of dealing with people at all levels, including directors.
- Strong Excel skills.
