A luxury automotive marque based in Daventry seeks a Senior EHS Advisor to partner with their operations team and drive improvement in environmental, health, and safety management. With a focus on pioneering occupational health and safety management, you will be instrumental in promoting a culture of safety excellence and providing expert guidance to ensure compliance with regulations and industry standards.

Job Description
As a Senior EHS Advisor, you will provide strategic guidance and expertise in EHS matters, oversee incident management, and develop training programs to equip stakeholders with safety knowledge and skills. Your key responsibilities will include:
  • Providing professional EHS advisory services, monitoring compliance, and supporting the primary EHS representative.
  • Leading EHS strategy and promoting a culture of safety excellence.
  • Ensuring adherence to customer, corporate, and government requirements to protect the company's reputation and build trust.

Requirements
  • NEBOSH General Certificate qualified
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar position, ideally in automotive or engineering/manufacturing
  • Experience of COSHH with paint and chemicals
  • Experience of maintaining and developing H&S policy
  • Effective trainer/communicator, ideally with experience leading teams in a matrix environment
