This role offers a competitive salary of £43,809 - £48,011 per annum, reflecting the demands and expectations of the position.

Responsibilities

As a Senior Root Cause Analysis Professional, you will be responsible for:

  • Oversight of root cause analysis activities, ensuring high-quality outputs that meet business requirements.
  • Liaising with stakeholders to identify and address operational concerns, escalating issues as necessary.
  • Collaborating with teams to develop and implement effective root cause analysis frameworks, promoting best practices across the organization.
  • Providing regular updates on analysis findings and recommendations to key stakeholders via governance sessions and working groups.
Requirements

To succeed in this role, you will need:

  • Strong knowledge of life, pensions, and investment products.
  • Experience working within a Continuous Improvement environment, with a solid understanding of root cause analysis principles.
  • Excellent communication and stakeholder engagement skills, particularly when interacting with senior leaders.
  • Proven leadership and management experience, with a track record of successfully leading high-performing teams.
  • Superior problem-solving and decision-making abilities, with a focus on delivering strategic solutions.
