About Our Role

We are seeking a highly motivated and compassionate individual to join our team as a Health Care Assistant. As a key member of our care delivery team, you will be responsible for providing high-quality personal care to patients, ensuring their comfort and well-being.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide personal care services, including bathing, dressing, and mobility support.
  • Monitor and document patients' conditions, reporting any changes or concerns.
  • Foster meaningful relationships with patients and their families, providing emotional support and companionship.
  • Collaborate with healthcare professionals to deliver exceptional patient care.
Requirements:
  • Proven experience as a Health Care Assistant or in a similar role.
  • A positive attitude, strong communication skills, and the ability to empathise with patients.
  • Knowledge of health and safety standards, infection control, safeguarding, risk assessments & report writing.
  • A valid Manual Handling certificate (Preferred).
  • A minimum of 12 months experience and/or holds a suitable social care qualification.
