Trades Supervisor

Job Title: Trades Supervisor - Property Maintenance

Job Summary: We are seeking a skilled Trades Supervisor to oversee repairs and maintenance projects for our extensive portfolio of properties across Sanctuary organisations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate repairs and installation projects to ensure high-quality results
• Inspect completed works to ensure value for money and efficient use of materials
• Maintain compliance with health and safety legislation and promote a safe working environment
• Handle customer complaints and breakdowns in service to meet expectations
• Work with colleagues to arrange, prioritise, and complete work efficiently

Requirements:

• NVQ Level 3 in a core trade subject and ILM membership or currently undertaking the qualification
• Recent experience in a similar role, preferably in building maintenance or facilities management
• Working knowledge of health and safety legislation
• Proven experience of working to deadlines and prioritising workloads
• Electrical qualification an advantage
• Basic user of Microsoft Office packages, specifically Excel, Word, and Outlook
