Job Role

We are looking for a Strategic School Administrator to join our team at Smart Teachers. The successful candidate will be responsible for overseeing the strategic operation of key business functions, including compliance, financial management, HR, health and safety, premises, IT, and administration.

This is a fantastic opportunity for a skilled and experienced individual to take on a challenging role and contribute to the success of the school. The estimated salary for this position is £52,000 - £62,000 per annum, depending on experience.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Leadership and Strategy: Lead financial management to ensure alignment with the school's strategic goals.
  • Compliance: Manage statutory compliance, maintain risk registers, and insurance cover.

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Finance, or related field.
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in a similar role.
