We are seeking a highly skilled Software Controls Engineer to join our team at Actemium Automation Hampshire. As a key member of our engineering team, you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing automation solutions for our clients in the oil and gas storage and distribution sector.

Main Responsibilities

  • Design and develop PLC, HMI, and SCADA software to meet customer requirements.
  • Advise clients on automation solutions and best practices for control system architectures.
  • Conduct site surveys and assist with project quotations.
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver projects on time and within budget.

Requirements

  • Strong knowledge of PLC, SCADA, and HMI systems.
  • Experience with industrial networks and automation protocols.
  • Ability to read and understand electrical schematic diagrams.
  • Knowledge of industry standards and regulations.
