Jupiter Recruitment is seeking a motivated Clinical Lead Nurse to join our care home team in the UK.
About the RoleThis is a full-time position (39 hours per week) working through day shifts. As a Clinical Lead Nurse, you will be responsible for leading a team of nursing staff and ensuring the delivery of excellent care standards.
Key Responsibilities- Manage and supervise nursing staff to ensure efficient care delivery.
- Develop and implement quality improvement initiatives in line with CQC guidelines.
- Mentor and guide nursing staff in accordance with the NMC Code.
- Active NMC registration and relevant qualifications.
- Proven experience in managing teams and driving quality improvements.
- Skilled in producing care plans, risk assessments, and quality governance.
- Strong leadership and communication skills.
- A competitive salary of £39,546 per annum (£19.50 per hour).
