Senior Credit Control Specialist

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Credit Control professional to join our team at ITSS Recruitment. As a Senior Credit Control Officer, you will be responsible for managing the credit control function, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer payments, and maintaining excellent relationships with sales personnel and customers.
Key Responsibilities- Manage the credit control process, including the input of data to the Sales ledger on the Epicor ERP system.
- Oversee the sales invoicing process, working closely with the Sales admin team.
- Provide regular reports to the Finance Director and others on a weekly and monthly basis.
- Ensure compliance with credit insurance requirements.
- Develop and maintain knowledge of other Accounts department functions to provide assistance and support to other team members.
- GCSE or equivalent in English Language & Maths.
- Progress towards a qualification such as AAT would be advantageous, but not essential.
- Experience of credit control is very desirable, but not necessarily essential for a highly motivated individual.
- Experience in a substantial 'real world' industrial or commercial environment would be very useful.
- Experience of other Accounts functions.
- Experience of using accounts software and Excel.
