We are seeking a highly motivated and organized Credit Controller to join our Accounts team at ITSS Recruitment Ltd. As a Credit Controller, you will be responsible for managing the company's credit control functions, ensuring timely and accurate processing of customer payments, and maintaining excellent relationships with sales personnel and customers.
Key Responsibilities- Take ownership of credit control, optimizing cash flow and minimizing bad debt risk.
- Input data to the Sales ledger on the Epicor ERP system, liaising with the Sales admin team to oversee the sales invoicing process.
- Provide regular reports to the Finance Director and others on a weekly and monthly basis as required.
- Ensure compliance with credit insurance requirements.
- Expand and develop knowledge of the Epicor ERP system and other Accounts department functions.
- Education to A-level standard or equivalent.
- GCSE or equivalent in English Language & Maths.
- Progress towards a qualification such as AAT would be advantageous.
- Experience of credit control or a related field.
- Experience in a substantial industrial or commercial environment.
- Experience of using accounts software and Excel.
- Professionalism and attention to detail.
- Strong written and verbal communication skills.
- Enthusiasm and a willingness to learn and develop new skills.
