About the Role

Key Responsibilities
  • Deliver person-centered care and support to individuals with complex needs, including those with spinal cord injuries, muscular dystrophy, and acquired brain injuries.
  • Work collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to develop and implement personalized care plans.
  • Provide training and support to individuals to enhance their skills and independence.
