Portfolio Development Lead

About the Position:
This is an exciting opportunity for a Portfolio Development Lead to join our estates team at the House of Commons. As a key member of the department, you will be responsible for developing and implementing strategic plans to optimize the use of the parliamentary estate.
Your Expertise:
- Proven track record of successfully leading technical asset development strategies in complex-built environment portfolios.
- Demonstrable expertise in applying analytical techniques using numerical data and other information from various sources.
- Ability to make strategic decisions and deliver process improvements and innovation.
Key Responsibilities:
- Develop and implement strategic plans to optimize the use of the parliamentary estate.
- Lead technical teams responsible for property performance, strategy, acquisitions, disposals, business rates, L&T matters, rent reviews, and lease renewals.
- Collaborate with internal stakeholders to define optimum property and asset strategies responding to the Houses' requirements.
Salary:
£68,900 - £81,879 per annum plus excellent benefits.
