About the Role

We are seeking an experienced Operations Coordinator to join our team in Peterborough. In this role, you will be responsible for coordinating daily operations tasks and activities, supporting the management team to deliver excellent customer service, and maintaining accurate records and reports as required.

Key Responsibilities

  1. Coordinate daily operations tasks and activities, including managing budgets and resources
  2. Support the management team to develop and implement process improvements to increase efficiency and productivity
  3. Collaborate with colleagues to ensure effective communication and teamwork

Requirements

  • Degree in a relevant field (e.g. Business Administration, Operations Management)
  • Minimum 2 years' experience in a similar role
  • Strong knowledge of fire safety procedures and regulations
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills
  • Able to work effectively in a team environment

Salary and Benefits

The salary for this role is £22,300-£25,000 per annum, depending on experience. Benefits include 22 days holiday + Bank Holidays, full-time hours with a flexible schedule, and opportunities for professional development.
