**Job Description:**

As Sous Chef, you will support the head chef in leading a culinary team that provides a nutritionally balanced, comprehensive, and high-quality culinary service. Your focus will be on preparing modified diets, supervising staff, and ensuring safe food handling practices.

**Requirements:**

To be successful in this role, you must have a relevant catering qualification and a minimum of 1 year of catering experience. You should demonstrate compassion and commitment to delivering high-quality culinary services.

Avery offers a competitive salary, estimated at £30,000 - £40,000 per annum, depending on experience. We also offer a DBS Disclosure check and proof of eligibility to work in the UK.
