Artemis Recruitment Consultants Ltd is seeking an experienced Paraplanner to join their team in Sussex. The successful candidate will provide technical support to Advisers, ensuring the effective management of client relationships.

Key Responsibilities
  • Technical Knowledge and Support
    • Develop and maintain in-depth knowledge of financial products, procedures, and laws.
    • Collaborate with Advisers to ensure accurate and timely completion of client reports, including suitability reports, annual review reports, and portfolio reports.
  • Client Communication and Support
    • Act as the primary point of contact for clients, handling correspondence, meetings, and other client interactions.
    • Provide exceptional customer service, ensuring clients are informed and satisfied with the services provided.
  • Administrative and Organizational Tasks
    • Organize and prioritize workload, ensuring timely completion of tasks and deliverables.
    • Support Advisers in utilizing toolsets, such as Intelligent Office, to provide data for client identification and analysis.
  • Research and Analysis
    • Conduct research to support Adviser recommendations, including analysis, product research, and illustration preparation.
    • Provide HNW client support as required.
  • Provider and Adviser Liaison
    • Act as the main point of contact between Providers and Advisers, facilitating the transfer, setup, and administration of investments and policies.
    • Ensure accurate and timely completion of transactions, resolving any issues that may arise.
  • Financial Management and Compliance
    • Ensure accurate setup and maintenance of client fees and commission in Intelligent Office.
    • Support Compliance Teams in defining and carrying out organizational projects and initiatives.
