About the Role:

This is an exciting opportunity to support our Menswear, Womenswear & Wholesale Department in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Provide key administrative support to the Merchandising function, ensuring seamless day-to-day operations.
  • Raise purchase orders and share with suppliers in a timely manner, ensuring timely delivery of goods.
  • Manage the Critical Path, ensuring accurate delivery schedules and communicating any late deliveries or cancellations to the Merchandising team and wider business.
  • Build strong relationships with suppliers, acting as the primary point of contact for all communication and queries.
  • Work closely with the Assistant Merchandiser and Head of Merchandising to create daily/weekly reporting, trading updates, and general administrative tasks.
  • Collaborate with the Buying, design, and Garment Tech department to drive the department forward.
Requirements:
  • 1+ years of experience in Merchandising for an online brand.
  • Good Excel skills and basic knowledge of other Microsoft Office tools.
  • Numerical skills, with a good level of mathematical competency.
